This class is a drop-in pay as you go unstructured session which can be booked online via the link below.

The class offers a short structured warm-up and then the gymnasts are then allowed to go and work on any skills they wish to improve. This gives them the chance to take control of their own training experience with the supervision of a fully qualified coach to make sure they are safe. ​​
