Parkour is an athletic training discipline in which participants attempt to get from point A to point B in the most fluid way possible, without assisting equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. The sessions at the Gym teach you the beginnings of these movement techniques and help you develop existing ability

5-9 yrs. Session
