Classes and Signing up

We have a wide range of classes available to enjoy. Our gymnastics classes are sorted into school years, and they run every evening during the week and on Saturday mornings.
The sessions are fully structured, starting with a warm-up, followed by circuits around the equipment and floor work stations, and ending with a 5 minute cool-down at the end.
During the sessions the gymnasts will get to work towards the City of Bristol Gymnastics Award scheme.
Each week the gymnasts will rotate around the different areas, allowing them to experience all the equipment within the gymnastics centre.
