Adult Gymnastics 16+

Monday 20:00-21:30 Pay as you go £10 

Come a long and give some gymnastics a go.
You will be able to have a go on all the gymnastics equipment including bars, beam, floor and vault.
Our experienced coach will be there to give you guidance and help you learn any skills you may like to try.
The class consists of a structured warm up, introduction to skills and then free time.

Adult Acrobatics 18+
 
Classes are Thursday's 20:00-21:30

Adult acrobatics focusses on acrobatic floor movements with adults in a safe space where they can grow and learn. Working towards moves like walkovers, flicks and somersaults, this class caters to all abilities, with an experienced coach using her background in circus, capoeira, dance and gymnastics to create well rounded acrobats who can fall in any direction.’
