Adult Gymnastics 16+

Thursdays 20:00-21:30 Pay as you go £10 

Come along and give some gymnastics a go.
You will be able to have a go on all the gymnastics equipment including bars, beam, floor and vault.
Our experienced coach will be there to give you guidance and help you learn any skills you may like to try.
The class consists of a structured warm up, introduction to skills and then free time.
