Our gymnastic parties are held on Saturday afternoon, 12-1.30pm, 1-2.30pm, 2-3.30pm and 3-4.30pm.  With the party package you have exclusive use of the gymnasium for one hour with our coaches, where the children are able to explore the gym and its equipment in a relaxed and fun way.  At the end of the gym session the parties then have use of the cafe facility for half an hour for food, supervised by the parents.

The parties vary in structure dependant on the age and abilities of the children.  We usually start the party with a warm up through games (again dependant on the age of the children) and then the guests can explore the lower level of the gym before being taken to the upper level where they can explore the foam pits and trampoline.  Various pieces of equipment may be taken out of use dependant on its suitability and for safety reasons.

We do ask that guests where appropriate clothing to the gym parties, ie shorts, t-shirts, leggings, tracksuit bottoms etc.  Jeans, Skirts and Dresses are not appropriate.  Long hair should be tied back and jewellery should not be worn (including stud earrings). 

The tea room is supervised by the Parents, who provide food and refreshments.  We set up the tea room with tablecloths and banners.  We do have plastic plates, cups, jugs and bowls for your use if you require this.  Teas and Coffees are availabe for you to purchase.  We would ask that you leave the party room in the manner that you find it, taking your rubbish with you. 

We have two types of party package, Basic or Deluxe available (deluxe package includes huge bouncy castle).  Food and Drink are provided by the Party Parents.

The party packages are for 12 children.  Any extra children are charged at £4.00 each, paid for on the day.  To book your party we will require a £40.00 non refundable deposit to be paid at the time of booking.  Balance is due to be paid approximately 3 weeks prior to the date of the party. 

Cancellation - will accrue loss of deposit.  If cancellation takes place within  3 weeks prior to the party then refund of balance will only be possible if the party slot can be re-booked.
