ADULT GYMNASTICS
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings 7.30pm-9pm
Single Session - £5.50
Age 18+. Suitable for both beginners and more advanced performers. A structured warm up and basics session followed by free time to pursue own individual requirements. We have coaches on hand to provide both advice and support when required.
The adult sessions are drop in style although we do offer two types of loyalty card - Adult Loyalty 12 sessions for £50.00 or Student Loyalty which is a block of 6 sessions at a discounted price of £25.00, you must produce your student card to enable you to purchase this card. session.
All adults must sign a declaration before joining a class.
ZUMBA (aerobic dance class with some added latin flavour)
Fridays 6-7pm with Andrea (see dance & fitness page for more details)
